Nestled in the Saxon Switzerland region, home to the famous Elbe Sandstone Mountains, lies the small town of Neustadt in Saxony.
Dresden, with its rich cultural heritage and countless historic buildings, is only about 40 kilometers away, making it an ideal place to visit.
Here stands the small yet charming 3* Superior Parkhotel Neustadt.
Originally built in 1995, the hotel has been continuously expanded and redesigned. In 2023, its 54 rooms were extensively modernized - including the bathrooms!
For the washbasins, the property owner chose a custom decor. The VARICOR® color configurator allows for complete creative freedom, enabling designs to be quickly developed in the in-house laboratory and just as quickly brought into series production. And the result - a fresh apple green with striking white granules - is truly eye-catching!
The custom-made panels also offer a sustainability benefit, as the granules were made entirely from surplus materials from panel production. With a recycled content of around 20%, this even meets LEED requirements!
In close collaboration between the property owner and VARICOR GmbH, the experienced team at Anders Manufaktur GmbH handled the production and installation of the bespoke units.
The result? Spacious, modern wash areas that both guests and the property owner will enjoy for many years to come.
