Extravagant Office Architecture Meets Green Oasis

In Saint Ouen, on the outskirts of Paris, an extravagant new building complex named REIWA has been constructed, spanning approximately 25,000 square meters.

Across eight floors, the development features modular office and service spaces, a meeting center, a multipurpose hall, and a diverse range of dining options.

Designed by the architectural firm Brenac & Gonzalez & Associés, the building’s striking exterior immediately catches the eye. Its glass façade alternates with lush greenery, creating a refined and dynamic appearance.

Numerous small gardens, balconies, and terraces punctuate the crystalline outer shell, inviting visitors to pause, breathe, and unwind. These outdoor spaces also serve as popular open-air work areas. Staircases directly connected to the open spaces seamlessly link the office floors.

More than 4,000 square meters of outdoor areas have been created, culminating in a rooftop terrace that offers an unparalleled panoramic view of Paris—a green oasis in the heart of the city.

The building’s interior is equally modern and inviting. For the sanitary facilities, the client chose Trigo model washbasins, which integrate seamlessly into the overall design.

The double units in Arctic, with their seamlessly integrated paper waste disposals, beautifully complement the dark tiles and the warm wooden base cabinets.
